By accessing or using www.imcprskills.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

1. Course Registration

• • All course registrations must be completed in advance.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.

2. Certification

• • Certification is issued upon successful completion of the course.
  • For AHA Heartsaver and BLS courses, certification is issued via eCard the same day.

3. Payments

• • Payments must be completed prior to the class date.
  • Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.

4. Attendance

• • You must arrive on time to complete your course requirements.
  • Late arrivals may be denied entry and must reschedule, if later than 15 minutes.

5. Conduct

• • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to remove individuals without refund for violation of conduct policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• • All course materials are owned by Intentional Movement CPR LLC or used with permission. Do not copy, distribute, or reproduce without consent.
